Lonewolfdist.com has a detailed shipping and return policy. All firearm orders must be shipped to a FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder. For orders over $250 via USPS or $500 via UPS/FedEx, signature is required upon delivery. The first order for customers must ship to the same address as the billing address, while subsequent orders can ship to a separate address. Free shipping is offered for non-dealer orders over $100, but this applies only to domestic orders, excluding international, Puerto Rico, and Guam orders.
Regarding returns, customers should allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, and return costs must be prepaid by the customer. Custom orders, including custom coating, machine work, and other services, as well as used barrels and installed sights, are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Closeouts and discontinued items are also not eligible for return or refund. Returns and exchanges are only accepted when a Lone Wolf Distributor Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA does not guarantee a full refund of product cost, which will be determined once the product is received and examined. New merchandise must be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase, in the original unmarked and undamaged package. If the merchandise or packaging is found to be used or damaged, the return will be subject to a restocking fee, calculated based on the amount of damage to the packaging/product. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, and under certain circumstances, an in-store credit may be issued. Warranty issues are handled directly with the respective manufacturers, and Lone Wolf is not responsible for providing a refund or exchange for products manufactured by another company. A fee is charged for all returned checks.
